{"id":26147,"date":"2024-06-25T11:03:39","date_gmt":"2024-06-25T11:03:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bci.md\/?p=26147"},"modified":"2024-06-25T11:05:57","modified_gmt":"2024-06-25T11:05:57","slug":"acces-direct-la-studentie-un-proiect-transfrontalier-de-succes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bci.md\/en\/acces-direct-la-studentie-un-proiect-transfrontalier-de-succes\/","title":{"rendered":"\"Direct Access to Students\" - a successful cross-border project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On October 21 - 22, 2022, Iasi hosted the closing conference of the project\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Direct Student Access<\/strong>funded by the European Union through the Joint Operational Program Romania - Republic of Moldova 2014 - 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The conference was attended by teachers from the Center of Excellence in Light Industry from Chisinau, the College of Light Industry from Balti, the College of Construction from Hincesti, the Center of Excellence in Energy and Electronics from Chisinau, the College of Technology from Chisinau, the Center of Excellence in Informatics and Information Technologies from Chisinau, the Polytechnic College from Balti and the Center of Excellence in Construction from Chisinau.<\/p>\n<p>According to the participants, the main objective of the project has been achieved. About 800 students from non-university tertiary education in the Republic of Moldova have benefited from free access to quality educational programs through cooperation between educational institutions from the two banks of the Prut.<\/p>\n<p>Young people from colleges and centers of excellence in the Republic of Moldova were stimulated to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the Technical University of Iasi. They were familiarized with the educational offer of the faculties and benefited from information, guidance and counseling services for the choice of the faculty.<\/p>\n<p>Students participated in presentations of undergraduate and master programs for different majors, open lectures, guided tours in classrooms, lecture halls and faculty laboratories, discussions with professors, faculty students, exhibitions, conferences and workshops.<\/p>\n<p>Students from the Republic of Moldova have also familiarized themselves with the students' lifestyle at the University, and many of them have already decided to continue their studies at the Technical University \"Gheorghe Asachi\" in Iasi. This choice will greatly enhance their chances of building careers in engineering, with a major impact on improving their quality of life.<\/p>\n<p>The project included joint actions involving organizations from both sides of the Prut. The project partners were the Business Consulting Institute in Chisinau, the North-East Regional Center for Social Integration in Romania and the Technical University \"Gheorghe Asachi\" in Iasi.<\/p>\n<p>Project\u00a0<strong>Direct Student Access<\/strong>\u00a0aimed and succeeded in creating long-term relationships centered on cooperation, coordination, knowledge transfer and interoperability between the Romanian and the Moldovan correspondent in terms of accomplishing tasks and improving the quality of life through education. Through the exchange of good practices between teachers, the project helped to improve the professional training of tertiary education teachers from both Romania and the Republic of Moldova and academic staff, thus increasing the competences needed to fulfill their tasks.<\/p>\n<p>The total budget of the project was 442 530 Euro, of which the EU contribution was 398 277 Euro. Potrivit participan\u021bilor la eveniment, obiectivul principal al proiectului a fost atins. Circa 800 de elevi din \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul ter\u021biar non-universitar din Republica Moldova au beneficiat de acces liber la programe educa\u021bionale de calitate prin cooperarea dintre institu\u021biile de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt de pe cele dou\u0103 maluri ale Prutului. Tinerii din colegiile \u0219i centrele de excelen\u021b\u0103 din Republica Moldova au fost stimula\u021bi s\u0103 valorifice oportunit\u0103\u021bile oferite de Universitatea Tehnic\u0103 din Ia\u0219i. Ei au fost familiariza\u021bi cu oferta educa\u021bional\u0103 a facult\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i au beneficiat de servicii de informare, \u00eendrumare \u0219i consiliere pentru alegerea facult\u0103\u021bii. Elevii au participat la prezent\u0103ri de programe de licen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i master pentru diferite specializ\u0103ri, cursuri deschise, vizite ghidate \u00een s\u0103lile de clas\u0103, s\u0103lile de lectur\u0103 \u0219i laboratoarele facult\u0103\u021bii, discu\u021bii cu profesorii, studen\u021bii facult\u0103\u021bii, expozi\u021bii, conferin\u021be \u0219i ateliere. De asemenea, elevii din Republica Moldova s-au familiarizat cu stilul de via\u021b\u0103 al studen\u021bilor la Universitate, iar mul\u021bi dintre ei au decis deja s\u0103-\u0219i continue studiile la Universitatea Tehnic\u0103 \u201eGheorghe Asachi\u201d din Ia\u0219i. Aceast\u0103 alegere le va spori considerabil \u0219ansele de a-\u0219i construi cariere \u00een domeniul ingineriei, cu un impact major \u0219i asupra \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birii calit\u0103\u021bii vie\u021bii lor. Proiectul a prev\u0103zut ac\u021biuni comune care au implicat organiza\u021bii de pe ambele maluri ale Prutului.
