{"id":26157,"date":"2015-09-25T11:07:42","date_gmt":"2015-09-25T11:07:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bci.md\/?p=26157"},"modified":"2024-08-08T14:51:04","modified_gmt":"2024-08-08T14:51:04","slug":"crearea-oportunitatilor-ocupationale-prin-sustinerea-tinerilor-din-zona-de-securitate-in-initierea-unei-afaceri","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bci.md\/en\/crearea-oportunitatilor-ocupationale-prin-sustinerea-tinerilor-din-zona-de-securitate-in-initierea-unei-afaceri\/","title":{"rendered":"Creating occupational opportunities by supporting young people from the Security Zone in starting a business"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Implementation period:<\/strong>\u00a0September 2015 - April 2017<\/p>\n<p><strong>Funder:<\/strong>\u00a0The European Union through the United Nations Development Program's Support for Confidence Building Measures Program<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Support business people from both banks of the Dniester, facilitating cross-border cooperation and access to the opportunities offered by the deepening relations between Moldova and the EU.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating jobs for young people (18-35 years) in the security area by helping them to start and grow a business, as well as opportunities to build new relationships and learn best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Results:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Campaign to promote the program and pre-selection of 75 candidates from 9 districts, which are part of the security zone: Floresti, Soldanesti, Rezina, Orhei, Criuleni, Dubasari, Anenii Noi, Causeni and Stefan Voda;<\/li>\n<li>Finalization of the business plan preparation instructions and placement online;<\/li>\n<li>Organization of the intensive training session on the structure, objectives and most important components of the business plan for the 75 selected candidates;<\/li>\n<li>Consultative assistance in developing the business plan in the areas of accounting, legal, marketing, etc., and providing specific recommendations and qualified support for those interested in participating in the grant competition (one hour per candidate);<\/li>\n<li>Selection of 15 grant beneficiaries<\/li>\n<li>Providing the necessary logistical and administrative support for beneficiaries to launch their businesses;<\/li>\n<li>Provide one-to-one consultancy with the participation of business experts for young entrepreneurs;<\/li>\n<li>Procurement of goods and services chosen under the grant, assigned to each beneficiary in accordance with the business plan forecasts, approved by the project implementation methodology and procurement procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Continuous monitoring of the implementation of the business plan and proper utilization of goods and services received;<\/li>\n<li>Organization of 4 thematic seminars to improve the entrepreneurial skills of the 15 grant beneficiaries;<\/li>\n<li>Organization of a seminar for the 30 beneficiaries from both banks of the Dniester River on a topic established in cooperation with the Company for the implementation of similar activities in Transnistria;<\/li>\n<li>The organization of a working conference with the participation of trainers and successful business people from both banks of the Dniester, who will share their entrepreneurial experience, including the 40 beneficiaries of the previous program;<\/li>\n<li>Developing the online platform\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.business-bridges.net\/\">http:\/\/www.business-bridges.net<\/a>\u00a0with the aim to make it an effective method for establishing working contacts and relations between entrepreneurs and organizations on both banks of the Dniester.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Perioada de implementare:\u00a0septembrie 2015 \u2013 aprilie 2017 Finan\u021bator:\u00a0Uniunea European\u0103 prin\u00a0Programul \u201eSus\u021binerea M\u0103surilor de Promovare a \u00cencrederii\u201d al\u00a0Programului Na\u021biunilor Unite pentru Dezvoltare Scop:\u00a0\u00a0Sprijinirea oamenilor de afaceri de pe ambele maluri ale Nistrului, facilit\u00e2nd cooperarea transfrontalier\u0103 \u0219i accesul la posibilit\u0103\u021bile oferite de aprofundarea rela\u021biilor dintre Moldova \u0219i UE. Definitivarea instruc\u021biunilor de elaborare a planului de afaceri \u0219i plasarea on-line; Organizarea sesiunii de instruire intensiv\u0103 cu privire la structura, obiectivele \u0219i cele mai importante componente a planului de afaceri pentru cei 75 de candida\u021bi selecta\u021bi; Asisten\u021b\u0103 consultativ\u0103 \u00een elaborarea planului de afaceri \u00een domeniul contabilit\u0103\u021bii, juridic, marketing, etc., \u0219i oferirea de recomand\u0103ri specifice \u0219i suport calificat pentru cei interesa\u021bi de a participa la concursul de granturi (c\u00e2te o or\u0103 pentru fiecare candidat); Selectarea 15 beneficiari de granturi Asigurarea sprijinului logistic \u0219i administrativ necesar beneficiarilor pentru a-\u0219i lansa afacerile; Furnizarea consultan\u021bei individuale cu participarea exper\u021bilor \u00een business pentru tinerii antreprenori; Achizi\u021bionarea bunurilor \u0219i serviciilor alese \u00een cadrul grantului, atribuite fiec\u0103rui beneficiar \u00een conformitate cu previziunile planului de afaceri, aprobate de metodologia de implementare a proiectului \u0219i procedurile de procurare;
