Purpose: Support the common interests of business actors on both banks of the Dniester River by facilitating cross-border cooperation and access to opportunities arising from Moldova's deepened relations with the EU.
Objectives:
- Enhance the capacities of consultancy service providers to support SMEs on both banks of the Dniester River in improving their competitiveness.
Results:
- Selection of 26 participants according to approved criteria—50% from the left bank.
- Organization of an information session for the selected consultants.
- Delivery of 5 training courses on 5 topics (40 hours per topic) following relevant international standards for 25 business consultants.
- International certification of 16 experts as consultants.
- Organization of a 4-day study tour to explore European best practices in consultancy service provision.
- Common Closing Forum—an event featuring the trained and certified experts.
Services offered:
- Preparation of a methodological approach and a detailed work plan for project implementation.
- Promotion campaign for the pre-selection of at least 20 business consultant candidates.
- Development of the training curriculum.
- Training for the selected business consultants.
- Support and coaching program for the certification process.
- Recognized international certification.
- Study of European practices.
