The local development strategies developed by BCI are established through relevant analysis of the state of affairs in local communities. We prioritize the strengths and weaknesses of the community and its environment, development opportunities and possible risks to be avoided. We define the objectives of the local community in strict correlation with district development strategies and regional and national development plans. Depending on the key areas of intervention, our experts draw up the operational plan that will contain the actions to be undertaken, the estimated budget and sources of funding.
