Purpose: Support partner municipalities of the "Comunitatea Mea" project in updating and/or developing new municipal socio-economic strategies for their communities.
Objectives:
- Provide support in preparing the planning process to ensure a local participatory framework.
- Support the institutionalization of the planning process.
Results:
- Establishment of municipal structures responsible for the strategic planning process.
- Facilitation and support of the planning process in 80 target communities/municipalities.
- Development of new municipal socio-economic strategies.
- Assistance to local public authorities in organizing and conducting public hearings.
Services offered:
- Conducting a comprehensive and in-depth analysis (community profiling) of the target localities.
- Thorough analysis and review of existing local socio-economic development (LSED) strategies and supporting LPAs in updating documents.
- Conducting a stakeholder analysis to identify the key actors and groups involved in the local planning process.
- Support for local authorities in establishing working groups.
- Organizing at least three strategic planning workshops.
- Developing a list of indicators for the evaluation and monitoring of LSED.
- Project management, communication and monitoring.
