Purpose: Identify actions that will ensure the sustainable development of the agricultural sector and efficient management of its natural resources, while identifying major issues in the sector and finding optimal solutions to address them.
Objectives:
- Evaluate the progress of the program regarding its objectives, with reference to results and, where applicable, performance indicators.
- Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of strategy implementation, as well as how resources were allocated.
- Prepare for an ex-post evaluation.
- Develop the new National Strategy for Agriculture and Rural Development 2021-2030.
Results:
- Final evaluation report on the implementation of the National Strategy for Agriculture and Rural Development (SNADR) 2014-2020.
- Development of the SNADR 2021-2030 in accordance with national legislation.
Services offered:
- Review of project documents, progress reports, and relevant reports from the independent monitoring group related to the task.
- Collection and analysis of data concerning the various subsectors identified in SNADR.
- Organization of meetings with stakeholders, focus group discussions, and field visits.
- Individual discussions with key stakeholders.
- Design of the new SNADR 2021-2030.
