Designing the reorganization plan and business development plans for regional Water Supply and Sewerage (WSS) operators in Criuleni and Dubăsari Districts and for the WSS Company in Dubăsari (Transnistria)

Purpose: Improve the institutional framework for inter-municipal water resource management.

Objectives:

• Develop the Reorganization Plan for the municipal enterprise "Comunservice" in Criuleni and create the Business Plan for the new inter-municipal WSS operator in Criuleni District.
• Design the Business Plan for the WSS operator in Dubăsari administrative unit in Transnistria and for the new inter-municipal WSS operator located in Coșnița.

Results:

• Reorganization Plan for the WSS operator in Criuleni town.
• Business Plan for the regional WSS operator in Criuleni District.
• Business Plan for the WSS operator in Dubăsari administrative unit in Transnistria.
• Business Plan for the new inter-municipal WSS operator in Coșnița.
