PRIM Project (Resilient and Inclusive Markets in Moldova)

Implementation period:  June 2024 - November 2024

Funder: UNDP Moldova

Purpose: Developing entrepreneurial capacities and economic opportunities in three beneficiary micro-regions in Moldova by supporting the development and sustainability of micro-clusters.

Objectives:

1. • Organize training sessions for LPA representatives and private sector participants.
   • Individual mentoring activities for local entrepreneurs.
   • Organizing internal study visits.

1. • Assistance in organizing regular meetings.
   • Create customized portfolios for each micro-cluster.
   • Facilitating domestic and international investment promotion events.

Results:

1. • Develop a capacity building roadmap for each micro-cluster.
   • Assess the capacity needs of public and private entities within clusters.
   • Update action plan for compliance with UNDP requirements.
   • Organizing the first round of training and mentoring programs.
   • Planning investment promotion events for each cluster.

1. • Carrying out various entrepreneurial training and mentoring activities.
   • Organize regular cluster meetings and create investment portfolios.
   • Hosting multiple investment promotion events, both online and offline.
